To say the least getting this home purchased was an absolute nightmare, but Tina held strong for us and stayed in constant contact with me and my wife. We had a lender back out, underwriters that were a pain in the rear and more than one set of unique circumstances. Our offer was accepted in late October but we were not able to close until the first part of January. So many things needed to be done to get this deal done but between Tina, our mortgage broker, the title company and myself we were able to get it done. Tina even went out to the house on the day of closing to get a picture of the LP gauge because the seller did not get it, saved us over $300. I can not thank her enough for everything she did in this long and stressful process.
