Buyer is looking for a home near downtown La Crosse/biking distance to UW-L. Home doesn't need to be anything fancy, he is even willing to buy something that needs some work. Ideally he would love a house with some older charm- build in's, thich wood trim, tall ceilings, leaded glass, etc. 

Couple with 2 dogs looking for something outside of town that offers privacy and some room to run. 

Couple who is ready to move out of their starter home and is looking for 1 of 2 opportunities. 1) They adore historic homes with character in La Crosse. They'd love something that is already updated but are not afraid of a project so they could make it their own. 2) They would love a home on a few acres where they could be with their horses however, they need the location to be close to La Crosse for work and city life. 

Couple looking for a home on a larger lot that offers privacy. Fewer stairs to accomodate their dog would be ideal but is not a deal breaker. Husband would like a large garage and/or pole shed and wife would like a more update home. 

Family looking for a home close to bike trails that has at least 4 bedrooms and an office area. Large yard is a must and fenced would be awesome but not a deal breaker! Family is looking for something that is move in ready as they are very busy and not looking for a project.
