About Sue

As a lifelong resident of the Coulee Region, I am proud to call this area home. I would love to partner with you. Whether you are buying or selling, you can depend on me to be a great resource to help you along the way.

I have over 15 years of banking experience, and I have bought and sold several houses myself. I know what a major life event buying or selling a home can be. I realize a successful transaction is not about me-it is what I can do so that it is about YOU! Two of the most stressful pieces to the home buying puzzle is finding a property and getting it financed. I would be honored to help you remove stress from the process and allow you to enjoy the experience.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband Craig along with our four children. In the summertime, it is a good bet you may see me at a baseball or softball diamond. The kids keep us busy with year-round events, and I would not have it any other way. When we are not at our children’s events, I enjoy relaxing with good conversation with family and friends.

What makes me different? I genuinely love and care about people. I take personal responsibility to take care of my clients, and I believe you will feel that if we work together. I will work on your behalf so you can focus on what is important to you. This business is not about houses, it is about people. I will never forget that.

Community Give Back:

When all is said and done, Sue believes the true mark of success is whether you left your community better than how you found it. Sue has a special affinity for the American Heart Association. She lost both of her parents to heart disease and wants to help other families avoid this painful illness. She contributes and volunteers to promote this organization.

Family:

Sue and her husband have four wonderful children, three boys, and a girl. Time in the Northwoods, watching them perform their various sports and activities, and watching them become their own people making their way are her favorite things.

Bucket List:

Sue’s bucket list does not have some of the wild and crazy experiences that some have. Her list is more about slowing down. Sue and her family have a cabin in Northern WI. Her passion is to perhaps find additional opportunities for cabins and land so her children and their children can enjoy this life that many never get to experience.

Moved into our beautiful, state of the art, client-centric Castle Headquarters location at 2218 State Road 16 in La Crosse, Wisconsin!!

Closed 328 transactions with an average sales price of $223,980, which is a 13% increase from 2019. In fact, thus far in 2021, Castle Realty has seen a continued increase in our average sales price, as well as incredible interest rates – making 2021 the year to sell AND buy your home and we are not even through the year!

Virtually attended the Hatch Coaching Summit in Fargo, North Dakota to continue the growth of our agents, employees, and the community! We also focused on internal team growth and how to support one another, our clients, and our community through the pandemic.

Participated in numerous community activities including a Virtual Steppin’ Out In Pink, Adopting a Family for the Holidays, May Day Giving, Organizing a Back to School Drive for Local Children, heading up the first-ever Joy of Sharing Event with WKBT and Festival Foods which helped collect over 1,325 toys, over 4,500 pounds of food and over $23,957 in monetary donations to be distributed back to the Coulee Region! We also volunteered for the Color for Kindness: Suicide Prevent and Awareness Color Run, Organized a Donation Drive for a Local Animal Shelter and many more Random Acts of Kindness Pay It Forward events!
