“You must be the change you wish to see in the world.” — Gandhi
The best part of my job is getting to meet new people every day and learning about their situation to figure out how Castle can help. The buying and selling process does not need to be daunting or scary! We want to work with you not only to identify what you're looking for but also how you want to be communicated with, what timeline works best for you and how can we make this huge milestone smooth, exciting, and memorable.
I say "we" because if you work with me, you're really working with our whole team! I would have to say this is my favorite part of working for Castle - being a part of a team of individuals who have each other's backs, want to see each other succeed, and strive to make our community better.
A few little nuggets about myself:
- I am from the Coon Valley area but went to school in West Salem, was always the first one on the bus and the last one-off.
- I lived in Milwaukee for 8 years where I earned my Bachelors Degree in Social work and met the love of my life.
- In 2019 we sold our first home in La Crosse and purchased our *forever* home on a few acres near Mindoro.
- I'm a huge animal lover.
- I have a few favorite TV shows- The Office, Parks & Rec, The New Girl, and Schitt’s Creek. Anything funny and witty!!
- When I’m not working I enjoy gardening, hiking, kayaking, spending time with friends and family, and trying new local places to eat/drink.
Since joining Castle in the spring of 2016 I have learned so much about myself, expanded my knowledge in Real Estate, been a part of dozens of meaningful "Pay It Forward" events, and made many lasting connections with clients. I cannot wait to see what the future holds and to get to know you!
Molly is a member of the:
National Association of Realtors®, Wisconsin Realtors® Association, La Crosse Area Realtors® Association, and the Castle Realty Expert Advisor Team where we are using a proven strategy to net our clients more money and make the transaction more efficient.
Community Give Back:
My favorite Pay It Forward Event that Castle has done a couple of years in a row is adopting a family or 2 for Christmas. Getting the list of wanted & needed items for the parents and kids and getting to make that a reality for them on Christmas morning makes my heart happy. The agents and staff at Castle always have a really fun time divvying up who is responsible for what, purchasing the gifts, having a BIG wrapping party, and then delivering everything.
Christmas (however you celebrate) is the time of joy, giving, and being surrounded by family, friends & love. We want to make sure that families in our community who might need a little extra help are able to have that!
2021 is a BIG year for our family as we are welcoming our first child into the world!! As long as everything goes according to plan July '21 there will be a new "King of the Castle" in our house ???? Outside of our nuclear family we enjoy spending time with our parents, siblings and nephews as often as we can! We all enjoy being outdoors- hiking, fishing, swimming, and exploring. We also love to travel, enjoy live music, try out new restaurants and visit wineries & breweries.
Life is precious and tomorrow is never a given. We could easily work our lives away but if we never take a break and enjoy life what's the point, right?? Creating a bucket list and sharing it with others within our organization can help us all see things from different perspectives of what is important to us and others as well as spark new ideas (big or small) for us all!
Some items on my bucket list are to visit all 50 states, build a house, successfully grow brussels sprouts, and fly first class. This year I will be fulfilling 3 items on my list- (1) purchase a brand new vehicle, (2) own a "pearl white" vehicle and (3) become a mother.
I just loved all the support from my agent Molly and the entire staff at Castle. Everyone was super nice and helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. This was my first time buying a house so it’s a nervous process starting out. But Molly helped answer every question I had and was super fun to work with!
