The best part of my job is getting to meet new people and learning how Castle can help. The buying and selling process does not need to be daunting or scary! When working with you we want to make this huge milestone is smooth, exciting, and memorable. A few ways we ensure we deliver is having clear communication and expectations, knowing how you want to be communicated with, understanding your timeline and identifying what you're looking for and need in a property.

I say "we" because if you work with me, you're really working with our whole team. I would have to say this is my favorite part of working for Castle; being a part of a team of individuals who have each other's backs, want to see each other succeed and strive to make our community better.

A few nuggets about myself:

- I am from the Coon Valley area but went to school in West Salem. Was always the first one on the bus and the last one-off.

- I lived in Milwaukee for 8 years where I earned my bachelor's degree in social work and met my husband.

- In 2019 we sold our first home in La Crosse and purchased our *forever* home on a few acres near Mindoro.

- We have 2 sons, Mason & Kalvin

- We currently have 1 dog(Jenny) and 2 cats(Zoey & Mario).

- Favorite TV shows- The Office, Parks & Rec, That 70's Show, The New Girl, and Schitt’s Creek. Anything funny and witty

- Favorite podcasts- Armchair Expert, We're Here to Help, We Can Do Hard Things, Nurture vs. Nurture and Hustle Humbly.

- When not working I enjoy playing with our sons, listening to podcasts, hiking, disc golf, games & puzzles, spending time with friends & family, and trying new local places to eat/drink. I also really enjoy driving around our area and taking in all of the scenery.

- My favorite places to eat/drink: breakfast- Rosie's or Java Vino, lunch- La Crosse Distilling Co., dinner- The Waterfront or Lovechild. And if we're feeling extra fancy Le Chateau!

Community Give Back:

Before I started in 2016, I knew that one of Castle Realty's founding passions was to give back. Buidling up the community that we all live in only makes it a better world to live in! We are involved in 2 Christmas/holiday events each year that make my heart so happy- adopting a few families who are in need and The Joy of Sharing.

Bucket List:

Life is precious and tomorrow is never a given. We could easily work our lives away but if we never take a break and enjoy life what's the point, right?? Creating a bucket list and sharing it with others within our organization can help us all see things from different perspectives of what is important to us and others as well as spark new ideas (big or small) for us all!

Some items on my bucket list are to visit all 50 states, build a house, successfully grow brussels sprouts, and fly first class. This year I will be fulfilling 3 items on my list- (1) purchase a brand new vehicle, (2) own a "pearl white" vehicle and (3) become a mother.

I just loved all the support from my agent Molly and the entire staff at Castle. Everyone was super nice and helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. This was my first time buying a house so it’s a nervous process starting out. But Molly helped answer every question I had and was super fun to work with!

In 2023, Castle Realty and one of its Agents were voted “Best of La Crosse County.” This is a huge honor with Castle carrying the #1 position four (4) of the five (5) years. We focus on internal team growth and how to support one another, our clients, and our community.

Historically, Castle and it’s Agents/Staff participated in numerous community activities including Steppin’ Out In Pink, Adopting a Family for the Holidays, La Crosse Neighbor’s Day, Back to School Drives for Local Children, heading up the first-ever Joy of Sharing Event with WKBT and Festival Foods which helped collect thousands of toys, approx. 10,000 pounds of food and approx. $50,000 in monetary donations that had been distributed back to the Coulee Region! We also volunteered for the Color for Kindness: Suicide Prevent and Awareness Color Run, Organized a Donation Drive for a Local Animal Shelter and many more Random Acts of Kindness Pay It Forward events!
