I started my search for a new home in July 2019, and my lender suggested using Eva Hygrell as my realtor. Once I let Eva know what I was looking for she worked on finding the house I wanted. We viewed several dozen homes in the next 3 months, before I decided which one I wanted. Sadly I was unable to close on the house due to unforeseen issues. Nearly 11 months went by before I found another house I was willing to purchase. Eva never stopped trying to assist me in finding the perfect home. Once I decided to make an offer, Eva worked late in the evening to write up and submit the offer.
