As a REALTOR® licensed in Wisconsin & Minnesota, Alan is also the Castle Realty Broker/Owner who focuses on “Endless” ways to improve services through the team approach.  Alan is a REALTOR® who combines his love for the industry with his passion for new industry standards, technology, and values.  Having created Castle Realty in 2010, Alan has created the #1 sales team within the Southwestern Wisconsin/Southeastern Minnesota area serving clients at advanced levels through the implementation of higher standards and training. A previous client described it best, Alan is creating how homes are being sold in the world of today and is the reason other companies and agents follow him with a desire to duplicate his success.    

Community give back:  The values of Castle Realty are to give back to the community that has made them so great.  Alan’s favorites are Steppin’ Out in Pink for breast cancer research and Feed my Starving Children where the Castle Team personally packs food for hungry children.  It’s a requirement at Castle Realty that each REALTOR® finds a way to give back to the community for being grateful. 

Family:  Alan has (4) four children and a beautiful wife who is also a Broker/Owner and REALTOR® for Castle Realty.  This has been a fantastic year for outdoor activities such as enjoying their Chaparral boat, hiking, bicycling, and canoeing.  

Bucket List:  It’s important to Alan for REALTORS®, staff members, and his own family to each have a bucket list.  He has high standards for being part of the company but understands that life is a journey and that dreams should be realized.  One of his favorite phrases is to create “Magical Moments” with your family and friends as they are priceless.

Closed 47 transactions with an average sales price of $161,000, which is a 5% increase from 2018. In fact, thus far in 2020, even with the COVID-19 pandemic, Castle Realty has seen an 8% increase in our average sales price, and we are not even through the year! 

Attended Hatch Coaching Summit in Fargo, North Dakota to continue the growth of our agents, employees, and the community! 

Participated in numerous community activities including Steppin’ Out In Pink, Steamboat Days, Goodvew Days, Adopting a Family for the Holidays, Volunteering at Feed My Starving Children, Organizing a Back to School Drive for Local Children, and many more Random Acts of Kindness Pay It Forward events!
