About Tina

I have always been interested in real estate, from architecture to the beautiful settings this region offers, being able to work full-time in this profession is a dream! I am a licensed Realtor and Broker in both Wisconsin and Minnesota, so I have the ability to assist clients on both sides of the beautiful Mississippi!

Providing both Buyer and Seller Clients the most professional, honest and smooth transaction is always my main focus. Finding the perfect home or selling a home full of memories can be a stressful time for clients, I love turning those expectations into an exciting and educational experience!

Being a part of Castles’ latest expansion into downtown Winona, MN has been a pleasure. Castle has been selling homes and working with buyers in Winona for many years, we look forward to offering Winona and the surrounding communities a new experience and commitment!

The 5 years I lived away from the Coulee Region, I spent in Denver, CO and earned a Criminal Justice/Psychology degree. I now live in Fountain City, WI., right across the river from Winona, MN. It’s a beautiful area for my husband and I to raise our two daughters.

Community Give Back:

My favorite Community Give Back (so far!) is the Feed My Starving Children volunteering opportunity! We have participated in this event in Winona for several years until Co-Vid intervened, and we look forward to continuing soon! I love this event because it brings the community, our office staff, and families together, for a few hours on a Saturday morning to package and ship meals to needy countries around the world. Definitely a great experience for all the Castle kids too! Our kids always ask when we are doing it again, a great thing to show our kiddos - community involvement and giving back!

Family:

I have an amazing husband and two daughters, that keep us super busy! We enjoy boating on the Mississippi, visiting family in Northern Minnesota often, and traveling. We decided a few years back to give the gift of travel to our daughters (instead of another electronic!) and it's been the best decision for all of us! They love to travel and it's so fun to see where they would like to go next!

Bucket List:

This may be the one thing that sets Castle apart from most other companies I have worked for. Our ownership implores each employee to have a bucket list that they work towards achieving, both a professional list and personal list. It is the best to cross off something that I have always planned/wanted to achieve and just do it! Whether it's places to travel, financial successes, vacation home purchases or personal wellness feats, there is nothing like achieving the big and small events on my list!

Closed 42 transactions with an average sales price of $164,887, which is a 2.4% increase from 2019. In fact, thus far in 2021, Castle Realty has seen a continued increase in our average sales price, as well as incredible interest rates – making 2021 the year to sell AND buy your home and we are not even through the year!

Virtually attended the Hatch Coaching Summit in Fargo, North Dakota to continue the growth of our agents, employees, and the community! We also focused on internal team growth and how to support one another, our clients, and our community through the pandemic.

Participated in numerous community activities including a Virtual Steppin’ Out In Pink, Adopting a Family for the Holidays, Organizing a Back to School Drive for Local Children, we also volunteered for the Color for Kindness: Suicide Prevention and Awareness Color Run, and many more Random Acts of Kindness Pay It Forward events!
