The IDX listing data on this website is provided exclusively for consumers' personal, non-commercial use. It may not be used for any purpose other than to identify prospective properties consumers may be interested in purchasing.

4. Data Accuracy

Real estate listing data comes in part from the Internet Data Exchange (IDX) program. Information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate by the MLS or Castle Realty. You are responsible for independently verifying all information and should retain appropriate professionals as needed.

5. Prohibited Uses

Any use or search of the data on this website other than by a consumer looking to purchase or lease real estate is prohibited. You may not copy, redistribute, retransmit, scrape, or otherwise use the data or listing information for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial property research.

6. Intellectual Property

All listing content — including photographs, descriptions, and related data — is the intellectual property of the listing MLS and/or its member brokers. Site content, trademarks, and branding are the property of Castle Realty or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

7. User Conduct

You agree to provide accurate information, to use the services lawfully, and not to interfere with the operation or security of the site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.

8. SMS / Text Messaging

By opting in during account registration, you authorize Castle Realty to send you transactional SMS text messages at the mobile number you provide, including account verification / one-time passcodes; appointment and showing reminders; contract and transaction status updates; document requests and e-signature reminders; agent and team communications related to your transaction. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. 9. Disclaimers

The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Castle Realty will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of the services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of WI, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

12. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services will be resolved by binding arbitration administered under the rules of a recognized arbitration body, conducted in the State of WI, rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. You and Castle Realty waive any right to a jury trial and agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis, not as part of a class action.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
