Melissa Oates is a full-time REALTOR® with the Expert Advisor Team at Castle Realty, LLC. In each real estate transaction, she creates a professional and personable experience, representing the client’s best interests. Melissa has worked in Sales, Customer Service, and in the Human Resources field in manufacturing, wholesale, and retail industries. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
Originally from Albert Lea, Minnesota, Melissa has lived in La Crosse since 2012 with her husband, Chris. Throughout the years she has enjoyed exploring the Coulee Region while raising her two children, Kaitlyn and Lucas. She is also a member of Sigma Sigma Sigma Sorority and has had the privilege to give back as the alumnae advisor for the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse’s Theta Kappa chapter. She enjoys being able to mentor young women looking to develop meaningful connections and strengthen their professional portfolio. These attributes can also directly translate to her clients as she is always looking to develop meaningful professional relationships within her career!

Closed 250 transactions with an average sales price of $197,578, which is an 8% increase from 2018. In fact, thus far in 2020, even with the COVID-19 pandemic, Castle Realty has seen a 14% increase in our average sales price, and we are not even through the year!
